Alma Mater was founded by two entrepreneurs, educators, and former fraternity officers who saw a gap in collegiate apparel—and decided to build the solution.

Through years of working in universities and building an award-winning entrepreneurship program, we learned that the best ideas come from finding a worthwhile problem to solve.
A Gap We Lived
As fraternity men and officers, we knew a jacket was required for formal meetings and dinners. But there were no options that unified those moments and represented both our university and our fraternity with pride.

We saw an opportunity to create something better—premium, timeless, and meaningful. A jacket that represents your university on the outside, with the option to make it even more personal on the inside.

We’re building Alma Mater because this is a fun problem to solve and one we believe students, alumni, and fraternity brothers will love. It’s the kind of product we wished we had when we were undergraduates.

Fraternity members may upgrade to an approved crest lining in the university color scheme where licensing allows.
